B&B Bouché Prestige Brut NV
In 1920, Abel Bouché was a one-hectare farmer in the Champagne region. With the arrival of his son Pierre, they decided to create Champagne Bouché. It was Pierre who passed on his passion for bubbles to our father Bruno in 1987.
Bruno and Bernadette BOUCHE, in search of a new terroir and above all the origins of Champagne, decided to settle in La Digne d'Aval, an old village in the Limoux terroir, the land of the very first sparkling wines in the world. Initially set up as a vineyard (1989), the winery was created in 1992 to blend our first wines.
Very low yielding vineyards selected for this cuvée.
The vines are spread over five communes in Limoux: some on north-north-west facing clay-limestone slopes, others on south facing slopes or stony plateaus.
