About
Sommelier Vasilii Grebencea is the co-owner and head sommelier of Dogma, a multifaceted professional with deep expertise and an international background. Fluent in six languages, he has earned numerous professional awards and distinctions
Born and raised in sunny Moldova, Vasiliy later moved to Portugal, where he found his calling in the world of wine.
From 2025 to 2028, he serves as an Ambassador of the Association in Porto, offering guests at Dogma a truly unique wine tasting experience.
He holds a WSET certification, is a member of the Portuguese Sommelier Association, and was named Honorary Sommelier in 2022 and 2023.
